Race report by Zak Finlay
It felt like only a short gap between round one at Cotswold and round two at Mendip and those few valuable weeks of testing had been blighted with bad weather, so as the drivers arrived at the Weston Super Mare venue a lot of the top drivers felt a little under prepared.

Heavy overnight rain left the track wet as the drivers arrived for round two of the series; the forecast was predicting mixed conditions for day one.

In Pro-Stock, a mixed set of qualifying rounds saw Zak Finlay line up 3rd on the grid, with work to do in the three A-Mains. After the three legs, Zak was able to take home the win for team XRAY meaning he moves one step closer to retaining his national title.
